Sunseekers is just 150 yards from the sandy shores of Colwell Bay which is extremely popular with families for its clear, shallow waters, outstanding sunsets and its 5* beach restaurant, The Hut.

Sunseekers offers spacious, contemporary and bright accommodation. On the ground floor you’ll find a comfortable open plan lounge with L-shaped sofa, 60” wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, and Prime, kitchen with American fridge freezer, dishwasher, a range cooker and a single oven. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and door leading to a secure outside area for your dog. There is also a dining area seating 8 leading out via French doors to the rear garden and furnished patio and 4 person hot tub. An accessible downstairs snug with a luxury sofa bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite wet room can be used as a fifth bedroom and is suitable for those less mobile or for young people to relax away from the adults.

On the first floor you’ll find four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a zip and link superking bed with en-suite shower, a further two zip and link bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower), a bunk bed bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower.

Outside, the rear enclosed lawned garden offers plenty of space for children and pets to burn off energy or just recline on the sun loungers and watch the food sizzle on the Napoleon gas BBQ. The flag stone patio area is furnished so that you can dine al fresco. Dogs and children can be showered off using the outside shower.

There is also plenty of parking for several cars to the front of the house and there is an accessible entrance.

Beach towels are provided for the hot tub and there is even a welcome hamper for you and your four legged friend!

The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen, towels and beach towels.

This is a no smoking house.

Located in Freshwater, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Victoria Country Park and Hurst Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at New Forest National Park and Golden Hill Fort Country Park. The Needles Landmark Attraction and Lymington Sea Water Baths are also worth visiting.
