This modern design property is located in the heart of Medway, just minutes away from all the things this city has to offer. Local amenities and transport links are immediately available. If you’re on a budget and this ticks the box, then what are you waiting for?

Your bedroom includes a 4ft double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and lots of storage space. It also comes with a private bathroom and a shared fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob and fridge.

Eating Out:
You can find a quick bite, there’s fast food at Subway within the vicinity and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest pub, the Mast and Rigging Chatham if you fancy some steak.

Eating In:
If you are looking to use the shared kitchen and cook your own food then Tesco Express is right on your doorstep or Asda superstore (about 15 minutes walk). There are also a few Chinese takeaways nearby or a Domino’s Pizza around the corner.

Nightlife
Fancy a quiet pint or two? You can head to this great old style pub called Frog and Toad about 10 minutes walk away or a few others like The Britannia a little further.

Sightseeing
The property is about 20 minutes walk to Gillingham train station so if you traveling around on public transport this is a handy choice! If you find maritime and military history appealing you’ll like the Royal Engineers museum (you will learn about the bravery of our soldier engineers from 1066 to present day) it’s just 15 minutes walk. The Historic Dockyard in Chatham is about 30 minute walk. The Medway Queen (the ship that was in the evacuation of Dunkirk during the WWII) is about a 7 minute walk away. Dockside Shopping Outlet is a 30 minute walk where you’ll find discounted products on some of your favorite high street brands.

The closest bus station is Milner Road, just a 2 min walk from the property. London City Airport is a 48 minutes drive away.

To ensure appropriate bed arrangements, I would like to request the number of guests staying at the property as well as their full names for health and safety reasons. I will also like to welcome you all at the same time during check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking-out outside the standard time (10:00 AM) is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00

Please note the following:
This is a unit in a student accommodation building. The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirm. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners in the property.

I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.

Staykeepers Homes requires additional Online ID check as part of the vetting/verification process. In case the guest fails to meet this requirement, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

-Please understand that although this is a private room, you do have neighbours so please show respect by limiting noise especially when arriving and leaving the building.

** Please note that the LOST key will result in an additional charge of £750 due to the complexity of the locks and door system.

Check in is strictly between 3pm to 6pm on 25th and 31st December. Check in outside this time needs to be confirmed in advance and additional fees may apply.

Please keep the communal kitchen clean and tidy, ready to use by other residents.

This apartment is located in Gillingham. Historic Dockyard Chatham and Central Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Strand Leisure Park and The Vines Park. Diggerland and Hollywood Bowl Rochester are also worth visiting.
