Claremont Beach House offers contemporary and spacious living over 2 floors and offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The vast up-stairs lounge with balcony also looks straight out to sea and down onto the large terraced garden featuring fire-pit hut - great for when the weather turns bad or winter evenings, a large solid wood table, gin terrace and garden bar.

The upper level's vaulted light and airy lounge is huge with a high atrium and, looking out the glass paneled front, offers a unique sea view which gets even better when you step out onto the balcony. There is a double bedroom with king-size bed and additional sofa bed, which features a luxury en-suite with bath/shower, WC and basin. Also on this level, there is a large twin bedroom, a further bedroom including bunk beds as well as another bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, utility, dining, second lounge area with direct access out onto the veranda which leads down to the garden and the beach.
