On entering your flat in Manstone House you will find a hallway with doors off to a contemporary, sociable, open plan kitchen and lounge/diner. The kitchen has an integral dishwasher, fridge, microwave and built in cooker and hob. The lounge area has a statement, modern, chaise longue style sofa, dining table and chairs and a 42” wall mounted smart TV. The cool double bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury mattress, wardrobe, dressing table, and a second wall mounted 42” smart TV. The bathroom has a full-size bath with an overhead, wall mounted shower. The toilet and sink are set into hand built storage cupboards. A neat utility area in the hall houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Please note: For my guests comfort, any stay longer than 7 days will be required to have a mid-stay apartment clean, change of bedding, towels and tea towels. There will be an additional charge of £30 for this service

Folkestones' Bouverie village was historically a residential area during the Edwardian and Victorian era, but has evolved into a unique enclave of small businesses offering a micro pub, a wide range of eateries, hairdressers, an antique shop, and a Tesco metro. The apartment is minutes away from The Leas famous cliff top Promenade, with its stunning views across the Channel to France. It is a 5 minute stroll to The Lower Leas Coastal Park, the town centre, and the beach.

The apartment is conveniently placed for transport links being only 0.5 miles from both Folkestone Central Train Station and Folkestone Bus Station.
