Notes: There is an unfenced pond with an unfenced ditch to the front of the property - dogs should be supervised at all times. Babes in arms welcome but there isn't a cot. Also please note that there is a footpath running adjacent to the property including the patio and hot tub. This is a working farm and work may be undertaken in close proximity to property at certain times of the year.
