The ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage Site while other ancient ruins such as the Castle are reminders of the city's history, heritage and culture. You will find everything you need for the perfect place to base your Canterbury break here - even a large communal garden to relax in after a full days sight seeing. So - you can enjoy a great central location with none of the traffic noise!!  Should you tire of all that this great city has to offer a short drive will take you to the ever popular town of Whitstable famous for its oysters or for that real traditional seaside experience there is Herne Bay - complete with candyfloss, ice cream parlours, cafes, friendly pubs and fish and chip bars.  Shop: 0.25 mile Pub: 0.25 mile  Coast:  6 miles

The Sitting Area is carpeted and has a double sofabed, leather tub chair, occasional tables and flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview. There is also a glass dining table and two leather back dining chairs. The Kitchen has vinyl flooring for cleanliness, is cleverly designed housing a full size electric oven, electric hob with extractor hood, microwave, larder fridge, George Foreman grill, plenty of pans and a wide range of utensils. There is also a built-in washer/dryer
Bedroom is off the Sitting Area and provides a double bed, bedside cabinet and small built-in wardrobe and shelving. (There is an air-conditioning unit should it be required)

Garden: Communal garden with lawns and shrubs to the rear. (Folding garden chairs stored in the apartment).
Parking: Designated parking space next to the apartment block.
Heating: Oil-filled radiators.
