This one-bedroom flat come fully furnished and feature a variety of modern amenities such as a washer and other modern appliances.

Welcome to my lovely one-bedroom flat that can comfortably sleep three guests!

The living and dining area is cozy and inviting, with a comfortable sofa adorned with plush cushions, a coffee table, and a floor lamp for additional lighting. The dining table is perfect for meals or as a workspace, and the space is decorated with beautiful artwork and plants, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, pots and pans, oven, hob, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses, and basic kitchen supplies. You'll also find complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar, a hot water kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The washer is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, with a comfortable double bed adorned with plush pillows and decorative cushions. You'll also find a bedside table with drawers, lamps, a table and chair for work or study, TV, and a clothes rack with hangers. The room is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home.

The bathroom features a luxurious gold and marble design/theme, with a bathtub, vanity mirror, and toilet. You'll also find complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, making it easy for you to relax and unwind.

Outside, there is a shared outdoor space with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks outside. The space is fully fenced, ensuring my guests' privacy and security.

For your convenience, a hairdryer, clothes airer, cleaning supplies, cleaning materials, and a cot and high chair are available upon request.

I strive to maintain the garden to the best of my ability, please note that it may be tended to only once every few months. As with any outdoor space, it's only natural to expect growth and small insects on occasion. Please don't hesitate to reach out if this causes any inconvenience during your stay.



I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.

This apartment is located in Bexleyheath. O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Check out an event or a game at ExCeL Exhibition Centre, and consider making time for London Eye, a top attraction not to be missed.
