Under the Boardwalk is a well-presented, 2-bedroom, courtyard garden flat, accessed via steps from street level down to the garden.

Entering the hallway, on your right you have bedroom 2 with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and wall mounted 42” Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a door with access to the courtyard garden.

Further through the hall is the bathroom which consists of a large, modern, walk in shower with both hand-held and rain fall shower heads, an inbuilt sink and vanity unit, and toilet. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, mirrored built in wardrobe, and a wall mounted 42” Smart TV.

At the end of the hallway you enter the contemporary, sociable, open plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge has a comfortable, modern 3 seater sofa, a high back armchair with footstool, a wall mounted, 42” Smart TV. A circular glass topped table with four chairs for sociable dining. The fully fitted kitchen has integral dishwasher, fridge, microwave, built in cooker and hob.

The apartment is in a residential street close to the beach, Old High Street and The Creative Quarter

There is residents parking in force but you can purchase visitor permits via me. Just let me know when you book if you need me to order a permit for your visit. I will need to know your car make, model, and licence plate number.

This apartment is located in Folkestone. East Cliff And Warren Country Park and Kent Downs reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Leas Lift and Elham Valley Railway Museum. Russell Gardens and Pencester Gardens are also worth visiting.
