Plus, if you stay from May to September, you and your family or friends can enjoy the lovely outdoor heated shared swimming pool and make the most of the warm weather with a bbq and alfresco dining on the large patio. Keepers Lodge is the perfect holiday home for lovers of nature, walkers and cyclists, and in winter months there is a wood burner to keep you cosy after spending your days out and about exploring this charming part of East Kent.

The property has a heated swimming pool, which is also used by the owners who live on the estate. The pool is usually open from 1st May to 30th September. Pool towels are available along with some inflatables - used at the guests risk.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Children should never be left unattended near the swimming pool, and strict adherence observed to the pool health & safety instructions.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
