Two sumptuous armchairs and the sofa allow you to cosy up and watch television. Walking through into the well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area, where you have all you need to create and enjoy a wonderful family meal at the solid wood dining table.
There are two well-appointed bedrooms; the first bedroom is on the other side of the hall with a 6' super-king size bed and Smart television. Next door is the family bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom two leading from the living area has a 5' king-size bed.
Outside the rear terrace is decked, and boasts an outdoor dining table, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining, or where you can sit back and relax whilst listening to the birdsong.

Children and infants welcome. Travel cot and highchair available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
A charcoal barbecue is provided.
Guests have use of the five acre private woodland and two acre paddock.
Please note, care needs to be taken when adventuring out to the woods. If you are leaving the footpath, there may be fox and rabbit holes, and other various trip hazards.

The bedding is feather and non-feather (bamboo).
Off-road parking for two cars.
This cottage is located in Cranbrook. Morgan Museum and Tenterden Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hole Park Gardens and Great Dixter House and Gardens. Rye Farm World and The American Garden are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
