Situated in the town centre of Hythe is a gorgeous semi-detached holiday home, overlooking a Georgian high street with access to charming independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Hope Cottage offers a perfect base for a group of two couples or friends to explore the Kent seaside in style. Be welcomed into a homely open-plan living space, providing a spot to relax and unwind after a long day of adventure, snuggle up in front of the electric fire and Smart TV whilst your other half cooks up a storm in the amply equipped kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining area over a shared bottle of wine, whilst a convenient utility cupboard holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a sleek shower room; let the day rinse away as you step into the sumptuous walk-in shower and prepare for bed. Withdraw upstairs to find two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a king-size and a double, both with ample storage, quaint décor and views out to the centre of Hythe. Settle in for an evening of bliss as the kids escape to the external games room across the garden, a fantastic den with a selection of fun-filled games and a mezzanine level with seating for chilled nights, where you can lounge together and enjoy the large screen Smart TV. The patio is an ideal suntrap for a hot summer's day, here you can sip on a refreshing cocktail and soak up the sun. Step out of the cottage and right into the vibrant town centre, just a stone's throw away from the relaxing sea front, while right next to the property is a handy Waitrose where you can stock up on everything you might need for your self-catered stay, whilst the rest of the town boasts fantastic local eateries, shops and pubs to enjoy. Explore the local surroundings at one of the wonderful attractions including The Royal Military Canal where you can hire rowing boats, sample traditional fish and chips at the seafront Promenade, or hop on an electric train ride at Hythe’s historic Pier. Adventurers will delight in thrilling watersports found at the beach, alternatively travelling further afield to Dymchurch for a wider stretch of golden sands, amusement arcades and classic seaside nibbles. Enjoy a day of luxury at the fabulous Imperial Hotel, visiting the serene spa before sitting down for a spot of afternoon tea at the Moet and Chandon bar. Other attractions nearby include the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway, and the Dungeness National Nature Reservoir, as well as a trip to the port town of Folkstone with its sandy beach, vibrant harbour and Creative Quarter where you'll find over 100 art galleries. Excitement awaits you and your loved ones at Hope Cottage.
