The space
A very comfortable and modern, 2-bedroom apartment is located centrally in the heart of Chatham Dockyard Maritime - within 2 minutes of walking distance from the Dockside shopping centre, restaurants, bars, and gym. The Historic Chatham Dockyard is within walking distance - 7 minutes walk. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit the Historic Chatham Dockyard, the Royal Engineers Museum, and Rochester (castle & cathedral) as all of these tourist attractions are within a short walking and driving distances, which makes the apartment a perfect location of choice for holidaymakers, corporate clients as well as for those who are looking for family staycations. Not to mention that it is also very close to all of the Kent beaches in the Southeast of England.

The property offers a very comfortable stay in a peaceful environment, such as 2 large bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, and 1 lounge to provide a perfect place for our guests' relaxing place for vacation. This property also has a smart TV, free WiFi, and comfortable settees, as well as a private parking facility.

Ground floor

The property apartment is on the ground floor that consists of 2 large family bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, a dining area for up to 4 people, and plenty of storage facilities, offering our guests a perfect place to relax. There are two large bedrooms for double and Queen beds. All of these bedrooms are very clean with plenty of wardrobe storage spaces.

Outside

The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood in a maritime place, although it is within a 3 minutes walking distance from the Chatham dockyard shopping centre, offering a great place for everyone. The nearest train stations within 7 minute drive to Chatham and Gillingham for those customers who don’t want to drive to get in and out of Chatham. Taxi service is also available in Chatham. But most importantly, all of the local amenities, such as an Oden cinema Hall, bars, restaurants, and many more eateries (Pizza hut, Nandos, Burger king, KFC and many more) are within a 5-minute walking distance from the property. Chatham Dockyard offers plenty to do for everyone!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay.

Parking

The property has a designated parking facility outside the apartment building.

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Travel Cot & Highchair

A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.
