Maps often miss-locates us, we are at the end of Mortimor street, where it meets Canterbury road, much closer to the beach than the Map location.

Relax and live in luxury & style right next to the seafront. Set in a classic traditional seaside town of Herne Bay. This is a quite part, no noisy pubs or hangout areas like many spots on seafront.

Local guest information all detailed within the "guest services" book for your convenience. Excellent seafront walks & bike riding. Awesome Beach-combing & rock-pools to be found when the tide goes out.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. Cooker, hob, extractor, integrated freezer & fridge, toaster, microwave, good quality cooking utensils (pans & pots all sizes), plates & cutlery. Complimentary Tea, coffee, sugar and assorted condiments, and a full herb spice drawer.

Lounge: Very Large lounge/dining room with fireplace, Bay window packed with period features. Large HD TV, Freesat box Lots of DVD's. Family/Adult board games and cards. Extendable dining table & four chairs.

Master Bedroom: This room is crowned by its large original marble fireplace. King size solid mahogany, engraved rococo bed with soft padded bead head, with matching bedside tables Topped with oriental table lamps. Luxurious bedlinen, down filled pillows & duvets, memory foam mattresses. We have decorated a feature wall with a classic period oriental wallpaper.

Bedroom 2: A Quality bunk bed (rigid construction) with luxury grade bed linen, memory foam mattress.

We have a number of beautiful, international paintings and art, interesting carvings & ornaments that decorate this dwelling throughout.

This apartment is shower only - no bath. Basin soap, toilet roll supplied, 4 towels and 1 bathroom towel supplied. Ironing board & iron available.

Guest access
As guests you have a lockbox key safe outside, where you pick up your key from. The details of this are given when you book. Communal front door, with access to private internal front door (immediately in front of you when opening the communal front door). Access to hallway, lounge master-bed, second bedroom, shower room & kitchen.

Other things to note
Come & enjoy our beautiful beach and seaside town! We wish to make this a very family/couple orientated personably experience. We welcome respect for our neighbor's (no late parties) and urge the use of recycling your waste here.

Additional rules
This listing is not suitable for Stag or Hen parties or for weekend bashes. As we live in a close neighbourhood we want to remain an active part of this.

We kindly ask our guests to not wear outdoor shoes indoors. Many thanks.

Herne Bay Memorial Park and Hippodrome Childrens Indoor Playground are also worth visiting.
