Smuggler's Cottage is a Grade II listed holiday rental cottage, over 200 years old, nestling in the heart of the Deal's historic Conservation area. In one of the pretty streets leading from Middle Street to the seafront, the cottage is walking distance into the town centre. You are literally a few hundred yards to the beach. The cottage would make an ideal space for couples or a family. Dogs are very welcome too. Ground floor Entrance Sitting room Enter into a cosy sitting room with an original period fireplace, digital 32" flat screen TV/DVD player, comfortable sofas and armchairs. Kitchen Kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a breakfast bar. First floor Double bedroom A king double bedroom with original period fireplace and a digital 32" flat screen TV/DVD. Second floor Twin bedroom A twin bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom Shower room. Please note this cottage does not have a bath. Additional information Good quality bed linen and towels provided. Wireless broadband providing unlimited Internet access. Please note that the stairs are steep in this cottage and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility problems or the elderly.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
