Our two stylish self-contained apartments are set-up for contractors, longer-stays, and shorter city breaks. Families always welcome. No car necessary, although paid parking is available locally.

The Chaucer, named after Geoffrey Chaucer - famous poet and author of the Canterbury Tales, is a new and modern 2 bedroom apartment. Within the apartment you will find a large master bedroom with shower ensuite, desk area and king or super-king bed ( each may be separated ahead of your arrival into 2x single beds), a further bedroom with double bed (can not be split), a main bathroom with shower, a single futon bed in either the master bedroom or lounge (suitable for children) and a travel cot.

We provide well equipped kitchens, including microwave, washing machine with dryer functionality, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, utensils, pans etc. Most things you might need for short or longer stay.

For those travelling with infants, we know how stressful it can be to travel with a lot of the additional paraphernalia they require. This is why on request we provide a travel cot with pad, waterproof sheet and top sheet, cot bedding if required, an easy clean high chair with straps, baby bath, children's toys and plastic utensils/crockery.

Please note we use video entry on the outside of the property. On the inside of each apartment we have crowd, temperature and noise monitoring devices - these are not capable of audio or video recording and are not set in bedrooms or bathrooms.

24hr self-checkin is available (subject to check-in and check-out times) at the property via lockbox. Access codes will be provided on the day of arrival.

Guests have access to the whole property throughout their stay. Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week

This apartment is located in Canterbury. Canterbury Golf Club and Chestfield Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Solly's Orchard and Garden of St Mary de Castro. Dane John Gardens and Howletts Wild Animal Park are also worth visiting.
