The bedrooms have sumptuous, new beds with soft, fresh towels and toiletries provided. Plus, with two bathrooms and showers, there’s space for everyone to get ready in the mornings. From the beautiful, early 2023 renovation down to the smallest details like spices and coffee – this is an apartment fit for
royalty, and we’ll ensure you feel it.

Teething issues regarding hot water and pressure issues mentioned by our first guest have now been resolved, and we’re ready to welcome you! You’ll be hosted by a Superhost, which is the Airbnb badge of quality for great, reliable stays.

The flat is part of a larger, attractive house on a peaceful street that’s very popular with families. You’ll check-in using a lockbox and keys.

The flat is a brilliant size for four people or less, and more than comfortable if you have a fifth person travelling. Here is how it’s laid out:

- Cosy open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with comfy sofa as well as a dinner table
- One gorgeous master bedroom with a double bed and storage
- Twin room filled with natural light at the top of the house, with storage
- Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a coffee machine
- Two modern bathrooms, each with fantastic, hot showers

You’ll also find deskspace in the master bedroom if you need to do a little work. And, if not, there’s a TV in the living room – but please note you can’t access terrestrial TV.

The bedrooms all have new beds and mattresses for 2023. There’s a professional clean before your arrival, in which the beds are made up of crisp, white, hotel-quality linen. We’ll also leave fresh towels out for you, and add the finishing touches such as cushions and
throws.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.

This apartment is located in Bexleyheath. O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Check out an event or a game at ExCeL Exhibition Centre, and consider making time for London Eye, a top attraction not to be missed.
