You'll look forward to returning to my home after a day of sightseeing for several reasons. It's stylish, comfortable, and peaceful.
Guests will find themselves just minutes away from Fort Luton, The Historic Dockyard Chatham, and a plethora of other attractions in this charming town in Chatham, United Kingdom. Our property is located in a lovely historic district and convenient to many tourist hotspots, making it the ideal place to stay on your next vacation.
Your upcoming getaway should be at this stunning house, which has everything you could possibly need. It is within close proximity to both Fort Luton and the Historic Dockyard Chatham, which is only a short distance away.
Because it has three bedrooms, it is an excellent choice for families, as well as for groups of friends. One of the bedrooms features a king-sized bed, making it ideal for couples, and the other bedroom has a double bed with a spacious and plush sectional sofa bed that, if necessary, can be converted into a third bed making this space equipped to accommodate a total of five guests.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook your own meals and snacks throughout your stay. There is a washing machine, so you can put that chore behind you as well. The living area is spacious, so friends and family can hang out together or choose their own corner to unwind in.
The bathrooms are modern and clean with beautiful tiles and fixtures. The shower heads are extremely high-quality—you'll love taking long showers here!
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• Unauthorized guest/s or visitor/s are not allowed.
• 50% additional cleaning fee may be collected for stays longer than 14 days.
• Please follow my rubbish or recycling instructions
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

This apartment is located in Chatham. Great Lines Heritage Park and Fort Amherst are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Gillingham Golf Club and The Strand Leisure Park.
