This wonderful holiday home has recently been renovated to a very high standard providing extremely comfortable holiday accommodation. The house can be found in the very pretty Alfred Square, in Deal which is situated close to the seafront and the high street. The house would be ideal for families, couples or groups of friends coming on holiday together. There is a large sitting room, filled with light from the pretty bay window to the front, and a well equipped kitchen with a large sash window overlooking the pretty courtyard to the rear. In addition, there is a useful utility area at the back with a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, made up of a superking, a king and a double. All the beds can also be split into twin beds if needed. There is a family bathroom with a shower and a bath and the top bedroom has an en suite shower room. Ground Floor Sitting room Sitting room, large light filled room with sofas, large TV and an electric fire. Kitchen A lovely light brand new well equipped kitchen, a table seating at least six. Steps leading to the utility room. Utility Room A really useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a downstairs cloakroom. First Floor Double bedroom A pretty double bedroom which can either be a double or can be split into twin beds. Family bathroom A large bathroom, bath, wc, basin and a huge walk in shower. Second double bedroom A good sized bedroom with a superking bed. This can also be split into twin beds if needed. Third Floor The top bedroom has a King bed and also has an en suite shower, wc and basin. The bed can also be split into twin beds. Outside There is a pretty courtyard with a table and chairs and BBQ Please note that all the beds can be made into singles if needed.
