Argyle House is a beautiful three storey three bed house built in 1830, and has a south facing courtyard garden.
Ideally situated in the heart of Whitstable, a short walk to the harbour, beach, train station a 1 minute walk to the unique shops, bars, cafe, restaurants, pubs and various art galleries, theatre etc.
Argyle House offers three generously sized double bedrooms, two reception rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen / diner with a stunning lantern skylight.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine especially for guests, which can also be used to store bicycles.
A downstairs loo.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single french beds with zip link mattresses which create a super king size.
The two reception rooms are comfortably furnished, one has a large open fire.
A luxuriously large bathroom awaits, with a Victorian style slipper bath, a large shower for two, which includes a steam function and a throne style loo!
A pretty south facing courtyard garden with wooden table and chairs. The organic garden has rambling roses and jasmine climbers and it houses slow worms.

There is full access to Superfast broadband wifi throughout the house, a smart TV including Netflix.
If you require logs, kindling etc to be in situ, let us know, a charge of £20 is payable on arrival.
Also I provide a high chair, a travel cot, a stair gate and a Childs rocking chair at no extra cost.
A games cupboard, with fishing nets, buckets and spades.
PLEASE NOTE There is a steep set of stairs, which lead to the third floor.
