Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, decking and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Garden House is a lovely escape for a family or group of friends in Kent. Note: The Garden House Cottage is adjoined to the main house by a door from the dining zone on one level with mobility-designed back entrance accessible by a ramp for wheelchairs. Note: Off-road parking for 2 cars within the garden and 3 spaces on owner land at the side of the property in Park Avenue.
