Cross the threshold into your new home-from-home where you can warm your feet, after a day of exploration, by the warmth of the woodburning stove in the first sitting room or into the fully-equipped kitchen to rustle up meals for the family; or indulge in an alfresco meal in the front garden, you can then enjoy evening drinks in the firepit, the perfect place to admire the stars filling the sky. Families will enjoy a day spent on the glorious golden beach at Camber Sands, or a visit to Battle Abbey, the site of the famous Battle of Hastings or perhaps mountain biking in Bedgebury Pinetum or kayaking along the River Rother at Bodiam Boating Station. On sunny days, make the most of the nearby coast at Camber and Winchelsea, or the historic seaside resort of Hastings, where you can admire views from the pier, enjoy the fun fair, trampolines, miniature railway, boating pond and mini-golf or immerse yourself in the past in Hastings Old Town and the modern Art Gallery.
