2 APARTMENTS
Our two stylish self-contained apartments are set-up for contractors, longer-stays, and shorter city breaks. Families always welcome. No car necessary, although paid parking is available locally.
Nestled just behind the main High Street within a short walking distance of many local amenities, including the Marlow Theater, and historical sites and gardens. You can even peek a view of the magnificent Cathedral from our windows.
We provide well equipped kitchens, including microwave, washing machine with dryer functionality, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, utensils, pans etc. Most things you might need for short or longer stay.
For those travelling with infants, we know how stressful it can be to travel with a lot of the additional paraphernalia they require. This is why on request we provide a travel cot with pad, waterproof sheet and top sheet, cot bedding if required, an easy clean high chair with straps, baby bath, children's toys and plastic utensils/crockery.
NO EVENTS/PARTIES - we have crowd and noise monitoring devices. t
NO PETS
Please note we use video entry on the outside of the property. On the inside of each apartment we have crowd, temperature and noise monitoring devices - these are not capable of audio or video recording and are not set in bedrooms or bathrooms.
24hr self-checkin is available (subject to check-in and check-out times) at the property via lockbox. Access codes will be provided on the day of arrival.
All bookings will be required to complete pre-checkin information. We will ask for the following information in additional tto :
- Personal details inc name, email address, and phone number
- Trip details (optional)
- Copy of a government issued identification document (passport, driving licence etc)
- Selfie picture to reconcile your ID against
- Pre-authorization for a security/damages deposit of £500 (this is blocked on your credit card from 24hrs prior to check-in and released within 48hrs post check-out). No entry to the property will be provided without this.
- Selection of additional add-ons (fees), such as early check-in, late check-out, additional cleaning, tours and other services/activities
This apartment is located in Canterbury. Rupert Bear Museum and Marlowe Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Westgate Gardens and Towers and Canterbury Cathedral. Solly's Orchard and Garden of St Mary de Castro are also worth visiting.
