The property is perfect for families due to the large space throughout & the kitchen area provides all equipment & crockery. Bentinck Residence blends elegance with comfort and includes everything you would need for a comfortable home away from home. High speed wi-fi is available throughout the property.

The is free parking at the rear of the property for 1 car, there is also on street parking. However, this cannot be reserved.

There is a cleaning fee of £130 and a fully refundable damage deposit of £350 per apartment.

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
