The Space:
Perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike this brilliant apartment will make you feel right at home!

Our Nespresso coffee machine will help you to start the day right and you will be able to enjoy it all together around the large dining table in the lounge area! You can also take advantage of the spacious living area to play all the different board games available, you will find plenty to choose from!

We have one master bedroom with two comfy double beds, a second bedroom with a lovely double bed and two spacious double sofa beds available in the living room. Fresh white linen throughout, with towels for each guest and hand towel in the bathroom.

A clean and modern family bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub and complimentary shower gel sachets. Plus an extra en suite bathroom with Waterfall shower.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom, with in-built mirrored storage and standing ring light
Lounge - Two super comfy sofa beds with lift up ottoman storage and an additional chesterfield storage bench

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the quiet business area of the city centre. Kindly note this apartment is a residential property, we do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such, additionally we are unable to host groups under 25 years of age. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector.

Getting Around:
Our apartment is a 15 minute walk to Lime Street Station or 4 minutes to Liverpool Moorfields station. In addition to this, the Liverpool One Bus Station is also only a ten minute walk away!
Very well connected with all the of the main stations.

The closest secure parking is located just a minutes walk from the apartment: NCP, Pall Mall, Exchange Station, L3 6AL - £24 per 24hr.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor but in order to go to the side of the apartment, you need to take the lift and then down a flight of stairs.

Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Please do not place orders without informing us.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available on the phone to help, but leave our guests to enjoy their stay.

This condo is located in Liverpool. Cavern Club and Royal Liver Building are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal Albert Dock and Pier Head and the Three Graces. Merseyside Maritime Museum and The Beatles Story Museum are also worth visiting.
