The Old School House - Ground Floor Apartment 3, Lytham St Annes

Lancashire. Sleeps up to 2

This ground floor one bedroom apartment to sleep two people, overlooks the front garden, and faces the sun for most of the day.
It has an attched kitchette, a walk through wardrobe to the shower room and like all of the apartments has flat screen television, free WiFi connection and parking to the side of the building.

As the name implies the original building was indeed an old school in late Victorian times. Having recently acquired this beautiful old building we have embarked on a complete refurbishment of the whole building and garden, with each apartment being individually refurbished and decorated with all modern amenities whist retaining its old world charm.

The Old School House is situated close to both the famous beach and promenade with all of its extensive entertainment and leisure facilities, as well as walking distance to the vibrant town centre of St Annes on Sea with its vast array of shops, bars and restaurants.

Lytham St Anne's is a popular seaside resort in its own distinctive way, yet is only a couple of miles from the busy bustling town of Blackpool
There is a local bus service right outside the front door, with regular services to Lytham and Blackpool.

There is also a local rail station with a regular service to Preston and the main line rail network which connects directly to major cities and tourism centres in the North West such as Liverpool, Manchester, the Ribble Valley and of course the Lake District.

This apartment is located in Lytham St. Anne's. Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Pleasure Beach Arena are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Houndshill Shopping Centre and Floral Hall. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's going on at Bloomfield Road, or consider a night out at Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
