Manor Farm Barn Cottage - Close Lake District & Yorkshire Dales, Yealand Conyers

Lake District. Sleeps up to 4

Manor Farm Barn Cottage is a beautifully refurbished two-bedroom holiday home in the picturesque village of Yealand Conyers, on the border of Lancashire and Cumbria and a short drive to the Yorkshire Dales.

The two-storey house has been furnished to a high standard with families in mind; whether it's the comfy living room with a 55" smart TV with a Chromecast, the modern kitchen, or the lovely garden with BBQ, Manor Farm Barn Cottage is sure to meet your home-from-home needs.

For guests that might need to do a little work while away, the house is connected to the superfast B4RN fibre network offering speeds of around 500Mbps, and there's a handy desk with a chair too.

Both bedrooms offer lovely furnishings, and the beds have fantastic mattresses that will surely provide a brilliant night's sleep. The double bedroom, in particular, has fabulous views of the garden and the hills in the distance.

Cooking family meals will be a breeze in the modern kitchen. You couldn't wish for more pots, pans and crockery - the owners have meticulously thought everything out. Of course, if you don't fancy cooking, why not visit one of the local pubs; the Wheatsheaf at Beetham (3 miles) offers excellent food and great Sunday lunches. Real Ale aficionados will enjoy the Old School Bewery & Canteen at Warton (2 miles), offering a range of their own brews and a few guest ales and cocktails. The Canteen serves lovely food sourced predominately from local producers.

Outside the cottage is a lovely lawn garden with outside furniture and a charcoal/wood BBQ. The garden benefits from the afternoon sun, making it ideal for chilling out with the family after exploring the area.

Overall, this is an outstanding holiday home in a convenient location, perfect for family holidays or couples alike.
