The Space:
Our Milano Luxe Apartment is in a beautifully converted 1830's listed building and was originally used as a factory for the Avro aircraft, used in the first world war. The unique design of the 1500sqft space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge victorian windows. The Milanese are trendsetters throughout the world, famous for their talents in blending contemporary design with traditional refinement and elegance.
The spacious and luxurious master bedrooms, boasts super-king size beds, fitted with Egyptian cotton bedding. Both spaces also contain a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area with downlighting, perfect for getting ready.
Each of the stunning bathrooms, tiled in white calcutta marble, includes a huge resin basin with designer taps, wall-to-wall backlit mirrors and exposed beams and steel column ceilings. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary for your use during your stay.
The beautifully crafted open plan kitchen with quartz worktop, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining area. Complete with a breakfast bar, top of the range AEG oven, induction hob and extractor fan that depends from the 15ft heigh original beam ceiling, above the island and breakfast bar. This kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.
There is also a broad selection of Nespresso, tea, instant coffee and accompanying sugars/sweetners, provide on the house, for you to choose from.
The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing with views over the canal. The 10 person solid wood Italian dining table surrounded by bare brick walls and solid wood ceilings, combines a homage to Manchesters industrial past with the Italians more 'moderno' approach to living. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.
The living room has a super comfy double corner Italian sofa, laden in cushions. This really is the perfect place to sit round, chat and wind down. Not to go without its mod-cons, it boasts a top of the range 55" Bang & Olufsen TV and Bang & Olufsen surround sound, with full Sky package, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access, provided as standard. As if that wasn't enough, the property also has a Bang & Olufsen, Beo Sound Core Black system which provides bluetooth connectivity. Perfect for listing to your favour music, podcasts or downloads whilst in the home.
Outside, you have access to a private courtyard garden, complete with table and seating - we know its Manchester, but it doesn't rain all the time - we promise. Gloves and coat may be required. There is also a communal garden exclusive to the complex, which you also have access to.
The property also comes with its own designated bay, within the secure parking lot in the gated complex.

A Jacksonheim Residences team member will meet you to exchange the keys.
The Neighborhood:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchesters hipster and bohemian districts of Ancoats and Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
Interaction with Guests:
One of the Jacksonheim Boutique team will be on hand between 08:00 - 22:00 to answer any questions you may have.
This apartment is located in Ancoats, a neighborhood in Manchester.
