Altham is a quiet village in the borough of Hyndburn, Lancashire.
Entering the property from the wraparound decking you will find a cosy living room with plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a huge 75" TV and a modern wood burner, this room is the heart of the lodge and perfect for a movie night or place to rest of your feet after a day exploring! This room really sets the scene for a family night in or a place to rest and plan your days’ activities. Through to the next room you will find a double bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a double and single bed. Then on to a good-sized kitchen where there is plenty of space to prepare those home cooked meals. There is also a modern and spacious bathroom benefitting from a walk-in shower, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. The master bedroom consists of a modern double bed with TV at the bottom and two bedside tables.
Outside to the front of the lodge you will find a spacious enclosed decked area, a hot tub and enough parking space for two cars. Stunning scenery overlooking Pendle hill and fields of livestock. A warm welcome will always await you at Pendle View lodge where your memories will be unforgettable!
A village pub, local shops, petrol station and takeaways all within a few miles. A popular and scenic area, Pendle Hill is within easy reach of the site as is the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers ample opportunity for remote walking and cycling away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. An easy journey under one hour will take you to the city of Preston in one direction and historic Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the other. Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
