A fully refurbished terraced house located in Farnworth, Bolton, offering modern accommodation with all the comforts of home. The house was fully refurbished in 2022.

After entering through a vestibule, you are in a modern living room with wall mounted TV and comfortable sofas.

This leads to the newly fitted kitchen/diner with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. With lots of natural daylight filtering through, this is a happy, shared space. For guests who love to cook care has been taken to provide everything you might need to prepare home cooked healthy meals during your stay.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has 3 single beds whilst the rear bedroom has 1 single bed. For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a double.

There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, wash basin, electric towel radiator and WC.

To the rear is an enclosed yard with seating for sitting out in during the summer months. Immediately in front of the house, there is free street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
