A 30-minute drive will take you to Windermere and a 20-minute drive will take you to Ingleton, which offers an array of independent shops and a waterfall trail. This property is ideally suited for a family of five or a small group of friends. A free parking space is available outside the property for one car.
Upon entering the property, you will be delighted by the immaculately presented kitchen/diner. A breakfast table with seating for five people is also available, which makes the space a great place for socialising. Following a day exploring, the bright-and-spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. It has comfy seating for five, an electric fire, and a Smart TV. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor. Here there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, as well as a single bedroom, suitable for either an adult or a child. The contemporary bathroom, also well presented, features a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. Directly from the living to the rear of the property is an enclosed south facing garden, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or indeed a glass of your favourite tipple in the evenings.
Kirkby Lonsdale is a small and relatively unspoilt market town situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Kirkby Lonsdale itself is a historic, quaint market town with a growing reputation for high quality independent shopping, as well as excellent restaurants, cafés and bars. The town is notably home to the 14th century Devil’s Bridge, as well as Ruskin’s View.
