HOUSE RULES
- Minimum age requirement is 26 years old. The primary renter needs to meet this minimum age requirement.

- Not suitable for infants/children under the age of 13 years.

- Check-in time is between 4-8PM and check-out is 10AM.

- No visitors. Only booked guests are allowed access.

- NO parties/events - will forfeit damage deposit.

- NO smoking!! (Specialist clean fee £150 charged to rid the apartment/furnishings of smoke.) Damage deposit will also be forfeited.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.
