The Space:
The apartment is perfectly located on the eastern edge of the city centre looking out over beautiful green space. With New Islington metro station on your front door, you can be in the the main shopping and entertainment areas in 3 minutes, or in a 10 minute walk - see reviews.

This large, open plan living space, combines 12ft high ceilings, polished concrete flooring, high end design whilst still capturing the character or the old cotton mill.

Vulcan Mill is a beautifully converted listed building and is the oldest working cotton mill in Europe. The unique design of the space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge windows, looking on to open green space and fantastic views across the Manchester skyline, particularly at sunset.

The spacious and luxurious master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area, with 9ft mirrors and downlighting, perfect for getting ready.

The brand new, stunning Scandinavian boutique style bathroom, wrapped in polished concrete, has a to-die-for step in couples rain shower. Plentiful down-lights, light up the fantastic couples basin and double mirror. Fresh bath linen and an assortment of luxury argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary.

The newly installed, the beautifully crafted open plan kitchen, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining and lounge area. Complete with a two Microwave combiovens, ceramic induction hob set into the stunning white marble work surface, this kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.

Additionally, the kitchen comprises of double fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The bespoke marble top continues as vertical uprights which beautifully encase the kitchen island units. It also provides a house for pop-up electrical plugs and an undermount sink.

There is also a broad selection of hot drinks for you to choose from; tea, cappuccino, coffee etc.

The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing. The hand made bespoke dining table, seats six people comfortably. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.

The living room has a super comfy six seater sofa and a 55" 3D curved smart TV with Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. It’s is not terrestrial connected. The sofa also converts to a luxury sofa bed, which comes with a mattress for guests who book for 5 or more persons.

There are a number of on street parking spaces available all around the development free of charge, inside prescribed hours. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). There is also a pay per park car park 10m over the road, opposite the development, where is costs £6 to park for 24 hours.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. The gym is located nearby and is shared with other members. Membership can purchased from £5 per day or £19.99 per month.

In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs. The code for all doors on the ground floor is C1246.

If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area at the back of the building. If you do so, you will need to walk back around the front of the building, through the pedestrian car park gate, re-entering the building as you did at check in.

The Neighborhood:
When you walk out the front door, your confronted with a beautiful open green space surrounding the New Islington Metrolink. Behind this is the stunning manchester skyline of contemporary apartment blocks and skyscrapers. Its like being in the city, without being in it - work that one out!

Getting Around:
New Islington Metrolink is directly outside the front door providing instant access all over the city. There are beautiful walks down the canal which take you right into the epicentre in 10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is self check yourself in for ultimate privacy and flexibility. All access doors are coded and there is a a SMART entry system and comprehensive check in instructions.
