The Space:
The Retreat has a bright and spacious living room where you can relax with your loved ones. With a large sofa, matching armchair and a 55 inch 4K Smart TV with SKY Q , it’s the ideal spot to unwind. The property also boasts a second living space with a 3metre U-shaped sofa that can also be made up as a bed, and a 65 inch 4K Smart TV with SKY Q so you can head here for some peace and quiet.

The second living area leads off to the kitchen to the left which features spotlights and bright fittings to give the space a light feel. Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

The Retreat has a conservatory dining room with a large dining table, five dining chairs and a bench.

Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Spacious and comfortable, the master bedroom benefits from a super-king size bed, plush bedding and premium bed linens, as well as a 50 inch 4K Smart TV with SKY Q.

The second bedroom on the first floor is home to a comfortable four-poster king-size bed. A chair bed is also available in the room which can be made up upon request. A 50 inch 4K Smart TV with SKY Q is also available.

The family bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub with Smart TV, rainfall walk in shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience.

On the second floor, you’ll find a further bedroom with three small double beds. The space also forms the property’s cinema room and has three double beds and a walk-in wardrobe, along with a modern ensuite shower room.

Additional bed options are available at The Retreat, with a large 3m sofa bed available on the ground floor which can also be made up upon request.

Head outside and you’ll find a family-friendly enclosed garden. This large space includes outdoor seating, a hot tub, a spa style cold water bucket, and a small football goal.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

Stag & hen parties are strictly prohibited at The Retreat. The property is tailored towards quiet family holidays.

Just two miles from the bright lights of Blackpool, Lytham St Annes is nestled along a picturesque stretch of coastline lined with well tended lawns, a boating lake and pretty parks galore.

With an expansive sandy beach, Victorian pier, historic windmill and stylish independent shops, Lytham St Annes is a popular coastal destination all year round.

Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf club is 0.3 miles away from The Retreat. St Annes pier is also 0.7 miles away.

Getting Around:
If you’re travelling by road, Lytham St Annes is a short distance from the end of the M55 from Preston.

St Annes-on-the-Sea train station is 0.3 miles away from the property and there are regular train routes to Blackpool and Preston.

There are a number of bus services through Lytham St Annes including routes from Blackpool, Fleetwood and Preston.

The Blackpool tram also runs through Lytham St Annes, offering direct routes into the neighbouring coastal town, Blackpool Town and Pleasure Beach.
