Kick off your shoes as you enter the inviting hallway which is flooded with light, a sofa bed in this area provides flexible sleeping arrangements and provision of a comfy easy chair makes this a great chill out area. The Hallway leads you into the spacious open – plan living area which makes the most of the panoramic views which are the true signature of Peggy’s Place. The contemporary kitchen area is well appointed, the dining area allows access through two pairs of double opening French Doors to the top patio and garden, whilst the comfortable sitting area with wood burner log effect gas stove and smart TV gives a great place for all to relax. There is easy access for alfresco dining for any meals amongst the greenery of the garden which further frames the views across the peaceful countryside. Off the hallway there is a large utility room with walk in shower, WC and laundry facilities. Upstairs there are four well presented bedrooms, two super king sized rooms (each with zip/link beds adding further flexibility to your sleeping arrangements), one King Size and one Double room, two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms whilst the other bedrooms have easy access to the stunning house bathroom, which, having an elegant Roll top cast iron bath close to a lowered window, allows another opportunity to “soak up” the view. Get better acquainted with your surroundings and take the short stroll from your doorstep into the picturesque village of Threshfield, where you'll find a petrol station and well-stocked convenience store, perfect for picking up any last-minute provisions, along with the traditional country pub, The Old Hall Inn, serving home-cooked meals in a warm and welcoming setting. The picture-perfect village of Grassington is a short distance away, the stone-built cottages and rustic cobbled streets provide a great backdrop for indulging in a slice of cake and a coffee at one of the quaint tea rooms or browsing the stalls at the monthly farmers markets. Many different local walks can be embarked on straight from the property as can cycle routes some of which are part of the Tour de Yorkshire and Tour de France route. The historic market town of Skipton, (only ten miles away) allows for the exploration of the medieval dungeons at Skipton Castle, dating back to the 12th-century, test your swing at Skipton Golf Club, or immerse yourself in the fascinating local history at the Craven Museum & Gallery. Whilst you're in the area, be sure to explore the delights of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, where you can tour the subterranean network of limestone caves at Stump Cross Caverns, soak up the scenery at Stainforth Force as it cascades into the River Ribble, or climb to the summit of Whernside, the tallest of the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
