Some of the most spectacular walks in the Yorkshire Dales can be accessed directly from the doorstep of Valley View such as the popular Dales Way and the spectacular summit of Great Whernside. The village is within easy reach of a host of delightful attractions, including the world-famous rock formations of Malham Cove, the magical Stump Cross Caverns and the awe-inspiring ruins of Bolton Abbey. Kilnsey Park, Skipton Castle and Parcevall Hall Gardens are nearby, and you can learn more about the local history and heritage at the Dales Countryside Museum. As well as access to the Yorkshire Dales, the property is within reach of several lovely villages, including Leyburn and Settle, and both the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Nidderdale AONB.
