A very quiet neighbourhood which will make you feel relaxed throughout your stay. The house is located In a cul de sac. Easy to get in and out with quick access to M1 and A46.
The house is conveniently located within a 4 minute walk to the local shop which is open until 10pm every day and a Spar shop which is a further 1 minute walk next to a Chip shop which has the most amazing fish and chips and homemade curry sauce.

You will also find Hobby Horse Farm Pub which is less than a 5 minute walk to indulge into a full english breakfast or even a carvery.

Getting around

The nearest train station is Syston Train station which is a 12 minute walk, 0.6 miles away. There are many buses that you can get on that will take you in and around Leicestershire.
10 min walk to Tesco/Aldi Supermarket. 4.2 miles to Space Center. Wanlip nature reserve 5 min walk away. Regular bus service to Leicester(Golden Mile) and also Melton Mowbray (Pork Pies and Stilton cheese)

Gorse House

Gorse house is well situated, just ten-minutes’ walk from the local Syston Railway station, and two-minutes’ walk from the bus stop and local amenities including the convenience store and the highly rated Hobby horse farm pub, where the carvery is superb. Commuting has been made easy with the A46 taking you to Nottingham, Lincoln and close by Leicester. The new bypass gives fast access to the M1 providing fast links to East midlands airport, Birmingham Airport and London.

Directions

By Car/Taxi
The property can be found easily from the M1 using junction 21a and follow signs towards the A46. This will then lead to the main Syston roundabout where you would drive straight over towards a smaller round about. Here you would drive straight over onto Martin Drive and then first right onto Sedgefield Drive. Follow the road round until you see Heath Avenue on your left. Once on Heath Avenue you need to take the first right on to Gorse Lane. Gorse House will be on your left at the far corner of the road labelled Gorse House 14 Gorse Lane.
