Lyddington Bede House and Rockingham Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Rutland Water Nature Reserve and Lyndon Visitor Centre. The Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre and Barnsdale Gardens are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, hiking/biking trails, and rock climbing nearby.
