The house comes with 2 beautifully designed bedrooms and free on-street parking in a residential location for easy access to the town centre, train station, university, and Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital. 
This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer is provided. 
The lounge comes with a Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable sofa-bed and lounge chair, making it the perfect space to relax. High speed complimentary Wi-Fi is included to enjoy watching your favourite films and shows on Netflix. A separate dining room with large table and chairs is available to enjoy meals. 
There is 1 king-size bedroom (the bed can be set up as a king or two singles on request) and 1 double bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom comes with high quality bed linen, towels and plenty of storage space. The spacious family bathroom has a bath and shower (over the bath). 
The kitchen comes fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils. The property is located on a residential road with a Tesco Express conveniently located around the corner. There is free on-street parking. 
Outside is a private back patio garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy during those warmer evenings.
