It provides three bedrooms which includes two double rooms and a twin room accessed through one of the doubles, it also comes with a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep six people. Its interior also comes with a kitchen/diner with a gas fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find plenty of roadside parking as well as a rear garden including a courtyard and a raised garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. 216 Smedley Street is a tasteful cottage in a fine location for touring Derbyshire and the Peaks. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.

Front and rear patio areas and rear courtyard (not enclosed). 2 well-behaved dogs welcome but due to the cottage being in a terrace where residents have access, they are required to be on leads in both the front and back garden at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Pub & butcher 2 minute walk. Shop 10 minute walk. The Cottage is situated high on Matlock bank which is away from any risk of flooding with lovely views across the valley.
