Ideal for staycations with friends and family, Fosse Stay has everything you could need for a self-catering break.

The Space:
Fosse Stay has a cosy living room where you can relax with your loved ones. With two sofas and a flat screen TV, it’s the ideal spot to unwind. Sharing the space is the dining area with a flexible dining table to cater for varying group sizes.

The living room leads off to the kitchen which features modern fittings and spotlights in the ceiling to create a light and airy feel. Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

Spacious and comfortable, the ground floor bedroom benefits from a super-king size bed, plush bedding and premium bed linens.

Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find the final two bedrooms and family bathroom.

One bedroom has a super-king size bed and the other has single twin beds. All beds inside Fosse Stay can be made up as super-king beds or two singles so please contact our friendly team with your preferred layout prior to making a reservation to check if this can be done for your stay.

The family bathroom includes a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

Head outside and you’ll find a fully enclosed private yard with outdoor seating so you can take in some fresh air or dine alfresco.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Fosse Stay are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available for any vehicle up to the size of a van, however please note that the space may be quite tight. Restricted on-street parking is also available nearby.

The Neighborhood:
Fosse Stay is located in the thriving market city of Leicester in the East Midlands. The property is located a 25-minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find a variety of shops, bars and cafes. With everything in easy walking distance, you’ll be ideally placed for your stay.

You’ll also find an abundance of historic pubs and restaurants throughout Leicester. You’ll find plenty of micropubs too so if trying out traditional local ales is your thing, then Leicester is the place for you to visit. You'll also find a great chippy just two minutes away!

Leicester has a varied selection of attractions so there’s bound to be something to keep you entertained in the city!

Take in the majestic Roman Jewry wall, the King’s tomb in Leicester Cathedral and the out-of-this world National Space Centre for a journey through time.

Art lovers will be able to enjoy many galleries throughout the city. You can also find the dinosaur gallery at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery.

Getting Around:
Leicester train station is two miles away from Fosse Stay and there are regular train routes to locations all across the UK, with direct routes to Derby, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool and London.

A number of bus routes can also be found running through Leicester, with direct access to towns and cities throughout Leicestershire and the East Midlands.
