Langham is located near Oakham in Rutland. It offers three bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite, a further double and a twin/double, there is also a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep six people. Inside, it also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Its outside area hosts plenty of off-road parking as well as a lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. Langham is a wonderful spot to base your Rutland holiday.

There is also a local history museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church. The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a small water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities.

Located in Oakham, this lodge is in a rural area and on a river. Browne's Hospital and Museum and Lyddington Bede House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Stapleford Park Golf Course and Corby Tennis Centre. Barnsdale Gardens and The Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
