This property is located on the outskirts of the medieval market town of Wainfleet All Saints in a secluded and peaceful setting. Heading upstairs to the first-floor you will find two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC. The hall and the cottage sit in three acres of formal gardens with courtyard terrace garden furniture and BBQ leading to eight acres of fenced paddocks. To the rear of the hall are tennis courts a play park with children s zip wire and the Victorian mansion playhouse for the younger guests. You can soak-up the sunshine and enjoy the magnificent views in the gardens whilst the children burn off energy. There are steps leading down to a private patio area with seating and fish pond and water feature. There is off-road parking for ten cars.
