The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom with an en-suite and a snug room with sofa bed. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Berry Barn is a fantastic base for exploring this lovely part of the country. One £25 pet supplement charge per stay, for up to two well-behaved dogs.

Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife. Located in Alford, this cottage is in a rural area. Alford Manor House and Gunby Estate are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Mablethorpe Funfair and Harrington Hall Gardens. Butlins and Hardy's Animal Farm are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
