Welcome to Rose’s Rest that is one of three lovely modern, luxurious self catering cottages we can offer for couples here at Greetham Retreat in the Lincolnshire Wolds. This very smart, stylish and cosy ground floor 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 2 people in a really comfortable king-size double bed, a cot can also be provided in the bedroom for infants under 2 years. Just off the bedroom is a luxury en-suite shower room and this cottage is also pet friendly (we recommend a small pet), making it an ideal rural retreat for a romantic holiday for couples. Rose's Rest also has flexible arrival days.
Ros's Rest self catering cottage is a very comfortable, with an intimate feel and has been given 4 stars and a Gold award from Visit England. It is tastefully decorated, offering fresh, clean and uncluttered modern styling. It has much character and charm with original wooden roof beams and very high vaulted ceilings throughout.
Open plan compact kitchen has fully integrated modern appliances, a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, under counter fridge freezer and slimline dishwasher. A comfortable breakfast bar with 2 leather stools. Real wood flooring throughout the living space with it's leather sofa, armchair foot stool and oak coffee table. Flat screen wall mounted TV with adjacent DVD player and DAB radio with IPod/ MP3 player docking.
The bedroom has a king size bed with new hotel quality pocket sprung mattress and 300 thread count luxury white Egyptian cotton bed linen and lovely fluffy luxury cotton towels which include hand, bath mat and bath sheets. a second flat screen TV is in the bedroom. The en suite shower room features a spacious shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Cot and high chair are available for babies.
A small pet is most welcome in this cottage. There is a dog gate available on request and your own patio directly outside your cottage has an outdoor glass topped table and comfortable rattan chairs.
There is a communal partially enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs which make it ideal for al fresco dining, pre dinner glass of wine or simply enjoying that leisurely morning coffee.

Located in Horncastle, this cottage is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Bolingbroke Castle and Alford Manor House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Snipe Dales Country Park and Lincolnshire Wolds. Traveling with kids? Consider Harrington Hall Gardens, or check out an event or a game at Jubilee Park. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
