Coconut Cottage really is in the perfect location with miles of sandy beach just around the corner. The cottage is designed in a bungalow style, so the bedrooms & bathroom are all at ground floor level. The windows in the roof space shown in the main photo are purely for cosmetic house design.

The cottage has been furnished to provide guests with complete home from home comfort with comfy sofa's, large TV with Freeview channels & dvd player ( choose a movie from our DVD Library) and a relaxing conservatory overlooking the tranquil secure private garden & Fishpond. Both the master double & twin bedrooms have views of the garden and all linen & towels are included for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Centrally located, yet peacefully nestled in a quiet peaceful hamlet within easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, You'll have plenty to see and do and there's a long driveway with enough space for 2 cars. So you can literally park up outside the door!

Sutton on sea is extremely popular with dog owners throughout the East midlands attracted by miles of sandy beaches, Dog friendly pubs and even a beach bar! Yes.. you read it right.. A beach bar for dogs! How cool is that and they even have Doggy treats such as Honey ice cream especially made for dogs, So with the vast beaches to explore and play on, the large secure garden we have here at Coconut Cottage together with Doggy beach bars & dog friendly Cafe's & pubs.. It's more like your dog is taking YOU on holiday with them!

The village has a good range of independent shops and is a popular place for those wanting some chillout time and get away from it all space.
