The Dairy Barn is a beautifully Award Winning converted Listed Grade 2 Listed Lincolnshire Limestone barn, a former milking parlour and granary dating from 1850 and is finished to a high standard incorporating old and contemporary features. Standing in its own private courtyard, within the owner’s boundary the barn is situated in the centre of the idyllic north Lincolnshire village of Ingham – a short distance from the historic city of Lincoln.
The Dairy Barn offers spacious luxury cottage style accommodation with a homely feel. Open plan fully equipped fitted kitchen, dine in style in front of the patio doors that lead onto decked patio area, weather permitting enjoy your meal ‘Alfresco Style’.
The two bedrooms offer Super King sized beds with the facility for two twin beds incorporating Egyptian Linen, fluffy dressing gowns and complementary overnight toiletries, each room has the facility of en-suite shower rooms.
The lounge is a perfect place to relax, authentic high vaulted beamed ceiling, oak flooring, comfy sofas ,armchairs, Downstairs also offers a fully fitted utility and shower room.
On arrival you will find a basket of complementary ‘select Lincolnshire ‘ local produce hamper to welcome you including traditional Lincolnshire Plum Bread, real ales and cheeses and other samples of our area.
The Village of Ingham is an ideal location and makes an ideal base for touring the county. Situated 8 miles north of the historic city of Lincoln and only 5 minutes drive away from The Lincolnshire Show Ground / Epic centre. Set within this conservation village with several listed buildings known as The Cliff. Ingham boasts the second largest village green in the county and has won many Best Kept Village Competition.
The village offers a general store & off license, a playing field with Children’s park, a choice of two typical country pubs which serve locally brewed beers, and award winning home cooked food at the Inn on the Green which is a main Listing in the Good Pub Guide
