There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with Juliet a balcony. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated parking for one car to the rear and roadside parking available to front. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach all within 0.4 miles. The Penthouse is a fabulous retreat for a seaside break to Skegness. Note: There are a number of stairs leading up to this property and no lift - May not be suitable for pushchairs or guests with less mobility
