Upon arrival, you will find designated off-road parking for two cars and wheelchair ramp access up to the homes decking. Inside, you will find a well-equipped utility housing all of your laundry essentials and a fridge/freezer, a spacious open-plan living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining seating for eight and a gorgeous sitting area with plush sofas, Smart TV and a woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings with loved ones. From here, you have access to the rear decking, where you can dine alfresco whilst overlooking the lake, or sink back amongst the bubbles in the indulgent hot tub. Completing the ground floor is a well-appointed Jack-and-Jill shower room, serving two king-size bedrooms; each can be configured as either small twin or king-size rooms.
