"Hi Welcome - Our beautiful London home is set in a safe very upmarket neighborhood, 200 yards from Kensington High street mall, shops, restaurants bars and the tube/subway.

The house has been tastelfully refurbished and offers discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences.

Transport links are excellent with train and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house

London Heathrow Airport is 35 minutes away

The house has one king bedrooms and one double bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and shower over.

The house sleeps a maximum of 3 people. . Sorry no young children. All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.

The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer.

There is a very comfortable open plan sitting room dining , kitchen with TV available and WI-FI throughout the home

A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates.

The house is family friendly however we draw your attention to the narrow steep entrance staircase.

We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+3 days)
Our terms for normal seasons are a minimum of 7 night stays

Unfortunately pets are not accommodated and there is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the home. The home suitable for small inimate group and there are definitely no parties are allowed. The house is limited to maximum of 4 non residential guests.

There is fully equipped kitchen; oven, hot plate microwave dishwasher , toaster etc,

Thereb is a washing machine / dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are provided.

The dining area is suitable for 3 guets.

A full maid and or cleaning service is available upon request. Guests are requested to settle directly with the service staff for additional services.

The home is situated on the Western side of Central London and there fast access to the rest Central London by taxicab / tube / bus (10-15 minutes) - 3 minute walk to Kensington High Street Train Station

The home is approximately 40 square metres in extent (430 square feet)

Very close (3 minutes from the home) is Kensington High Street with its designer shops, supermarkets, Whole food store and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and pubs. The Elephant and Castle pub is just around the corner and is an excellent choice for a drink and food.

Close to Kensington Palace and gGardens - 10 minutes walk
