There are also lifts available providing easy access for both able and disabled individuals to travel, to and from the ground floor. The apartment comes with a gas hob, oven, washer/dryer machine along with a fridge freezer allocated within the dining area of the apartment.

Sleeping arrangement as follows:
- 2 guests each accommodated in the two double bedrooms
- 2 guests in the living room on the double sofa bed
- Additional guest can be accommodated on an additional pull out bed (as used in top rated hotels)
